    • Head, Department of Emergency Medicine

    • This opportunity is for an experienced emergency physician with proven leadership skills to lead the Department of Emergency Medicine at Dalhousie University and Nova Scotia Health.
      Nova Scotia Health is the largest employer in the province with various facilities in the Central Zone providing essential healthcare services to a significant portion of the population.
    • The Head will be responsible for leading clinical and academic programs, including emergency medicine education and research at different healthcare centers.
    • The ideal candidate will hold an MD Degree, medical licensure in Nova Scotia, and certification in emergency medicine. They must demonstrate strong leadership, communication skills, and a commitment to equity and diversity.
