About this Role
Under the direction of the Surveillance Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring the casino floor using CCTV and other advanced technology, ensuring the security and integrity of the operation.
You will at times be overseeing a team of surveillance professionals, monitoring multiple systems to ensure the security and integrity of the site.
You will work closely with other departments such as security and IT, to ensure a coordinated response to any incidents.

- Supervising, managing and delegating Surveillance Operators daily tasks, duties and maintain awareness of all gaming operations at all times; provides training and coaching to all new team members
- Monitors, documents and reports conditions of surveillance facilities & equipment, violations, unauthorized access, large cash/cash equivalent transactions, trespassed and selfexcluded guests
- Safeguard confidential information, prevents improper disclosure; stores records securly for evidence purposes
- Investigate, report and document all irregular, unusual, suspicious, or illegal activities
- Maintains & verifies logs, enter information into trackers and timesheets, prepares and verifies departmental reports
- Ensures compliance with Alcohol & Gaming Commission regulations, applicable laws, policies and procedures.
- Assist the management team with projects and performs other duties as directed by Surveillance Manager
What you'll need to be Successful
- You must be able to obtain a Gaming License registration with the Provincial Gaming & Licensing Branch
- You must be at least 19 years of age or older
- Knowledge of Table Games is a requirement; Knowledge of the Gaming Industry is considered an asset
- Preference given to graduates with a post secondary education in Law, Security or Criminology
- Ability to work in an environment where you sit and watch footage for for long periods of time.
- This is a 24/7 environment and you would need to be available to work anytime including holidays.
