    Responsibilities
    Management of diaries, meetings and logistics
    Writing communications and press releases
    Document production
    Production of sales reports
    Track sales and operations budget
    Administrative support to the sales force
    Prepare the necessary contractual documents for the various suppliers for annual contracts for sales and strategic operations.

    Qualifications
    In order to qualify as a sales coordinator you must have the following skills:

    • Solid administrative experience supporting a sales force
    • Excellent command of Office suite tools
    • Natural ease with computers and software
    • Good resistance to pressure and respect for deadlines and deadlines
    • Learn quickly, be alert and dynamic
    • Bilingualism
