    Job Description

    • Perform data entry for various working papers for the department;
    • Write, file and update various documents;
    • Enter sales contract amounts into the system;
    • Coordinate the day-to-day administrative and clerical activities of the department;
    • Enter the details of purchase and sale contracts;
    • Price Shipping tickets for Montreal & Laval;
    • Track market prices for orders with a non-fixed price (within 30 days);
    • Print sales reports by buyer and seller;
    • Perform all other related tasks.

    Qualifications

    • A.E.C. or D.E.C. in office automation, administration or any other relevant training;
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
    • Bilingualism (French, English), 80% of the students are required to be English during the position;
    • Ability to work under pressure and good priority management;
    • Strong aptitude with numbers;
    • Autonomy, proactivity and good learning capacity;
    • Excellent command of the Office Suite (intermediate Excel level).
    • Professionalism, efficiency and ability to provide quality service;
    • Very good interpersonal communication;
    • Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
