What you will do:

You will edit, proofread and format legal documents in French and English
Integrate legal documents and legal logical processes on various technological platforms
Ensure the publication, update, communication and consistent use of legal templates
Centralize and standardize legal processes amongst offices in the Americas
Prepare contracts based on company templates
Diligently manage regulatory deadlines and corporate filings
Ensure compliance of all legal documents
Report to the General Counsel North America and help him/her/them with his/her/their daily tasks

What you should have:

Training in legal secretarial, paralegal or other experience deemed equivalent
You are fluent in French and English (essential)
You have a strong ability to learn and are autonomous
Problem solving is one of your strengths
The Microsoft Office Suite holds no secrets for you
You are stimulated to work on regional and international projects

Nice to have

You have at least three (3) years of combined experience as a paralegal
You like the field of technology
Proficiency in Spanish
