    District Sales Manager - Keir Surgical Ltd.

    Keir Surgical Ltd., a long-standing Vancouver-based company established in 1923, is dedicated to being the leading surgical products provider in Canada. Our core values center around customer satisfaction, employee well-being, premium products, national pride, and a robust business strategy. Currently, we are on the lookout for a hands-on District Sales Manager based in Montreal to spearhead our sales operations in Quebec.

    The selected candidate will play a pivotal role reporting to the National Sales Manager, based in Montreal, and will be responsible for:

    • Strategic management of the sales district to achieve set targets
    • Leading a high-performing sales team consisting of Territory Managers, Sales Associates, and Product Specialists by fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellence
    • Oversight of team recruitment and performance improvement, along with involvement in training initiatives
    • Independently working within the district to bolster sales efforts, fostering strong customer relationships, and engaging with key stakeholders
    • Handling tender documents, negotiating pricing, and developing strategic pricing schemes for targeted accounts
    • Contributing to the formulation and execution of sales, product, and customer relations policies
    • Effective management of expenses and continuous efforts to optimize costs
    • Active participation in the sales management team to provide insights on market trends, product enhancements, and team dynamics
    • Upholding ethical and professional standards representing Keir Surgical at all times

    Desirable candidates should exhibit the following qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in medical/surgical sales with a strong customer network; leadership background is advantageous
    • Excellent communication skills in English & French, with English proficiency being essential for internal collaborations
    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a passion for mentoring and team development
    • Proven track record of managing multiple projects efficiently and meeting deadlines
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
