    Prepares food in accordance with applicable corporate standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures. Ensures quality food service is provided at all times .
    Assist in the preparation and cooking of various food items, menus and recipes
    Measure/mix ingredients according to recipes using a variety of preparation, cooking, production, packaging utensils and equipment
    Clean kitchen equipment after use according to health and safety policies and procedures.
    Label, date, store and rotate food and beverage products in appropriate storage areas. Reports needed maintenance, faulty equipment or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
    Working in a temperature controlled environment.
    Food Safety Certification required.
    Certificate from a recognized cooking school is an asset.
    Experience in food preparation with an understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
    Ability to operate preparation, cooking, production, and packaging equipment and complete other tasks as directed.
