    This is a remote position.

    Job Summary
    Align HCM is seeking an experienced UKG ProProject Manager to join their team You will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of consultants through the successful implementation of UKG Pro solutions for our clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Our primary objective is to deliver projects aligning meticulously with both our client's requirements and their business needs.

    You will demonstrate strong client management skills while executing the implementation initiatives that solve real business problems. In addition to having technical experience in implementing HCM and WFM solutions, you must have a strategic business mindset, experience with leading cross functional teams, and adept at solving complex problems with multiple dependencies.

    **This position is 100% REMOTE and open to applicants in both the US and Canada**

    Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities

    • Manage a portfolio that can have concurrent projects and/or manage complex, multi-dimensional projects
    • Successfully manager all facets of the Project Management lifecycle, including but not limited to managing project resources, budget management, issue and risk mitigation and status reporting
    • Set and manage customer expectations of project deliverables
    • Successfully manage project scope by developing and maintaining project budget, schedule, and timeline
    • Facilitate complex working sessions for both internal and client teams, including defining strategic objectives and tailors these to meet client-specific needs as necessary
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients; effectively communicate with all levels of the clients' organizations from executive sponsor to IT project members
    • Effectively identify, handle, and resolve escalated issues that may impede or delay the project
    • Provide thought leadership to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools and/or services to enhance clients' operating environment based on practical experience, optimal outcomes and best practices
    • Provide guidance and coaching to project team members


    Requirements

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum of 8 years of project management experience delivering Human Capital Management/Workforce Management Software ie, such as UKG/ Kronos/ UltiPro/ ADP/ Workday/ Ceridian, etc.), preferably within a professional services or consultancy environment
    • Proven experience managing UKG Pro implementation projects, is preferred
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience managing HCM/WFM implementation projects with a focus on Payroll, Time & Attendance, HCM/WFM, or HRMS systems
    • Demonstrates strong leadership presence with ability to work as part of a project team as well as mentor others
    • Strong analytical skills and experience scheduling, preparing presentations and status reports in addition to excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Experience delivering enterprise level business solutions/software solutions
    • Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and be self-motivated to get the job done

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • PMP Certification preferred
