Position Overview:
Focusing on the retail sector. This role will act as the primary point of contact for store level customers at the major grocery chains.

The inside sales rep will handle the preparation and communication of quotes for existing Frost customers, utilizing field personnel to collect required information while handling the primary customer interactions through the sales process.

The inside sales rep will be required to understand the organizational structure at their assigned accounts to effectively coordinate activities with the account managers.

When required, the inside sales rep will focus on calling customers to generate new leads for quotes and service calls.


Responsibilities

  • Developing estimates, quotes for incoming leads and closing sales
  • Building relationships with key individuals at existing Frost accounts
  • Communicating with customers to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities
  • Coordinating with field personnel to collect required information to prepare quotes
  • Escalating sales leads to account managers when required
  • Coordinating sales activities with account managers for their respective accounts
  • Cold calling customers to generate sales and service calls
  • Tracking and organizing sales opportunities
  • Coordinating job setup and execution
  • Expanding the digital presence on maintenance platforms such as Verisae
  • Marketing Efforts to improve increase retail revenue
  • Maintain the H&S program for service
  • Any other assign tasks from the service manager

KPI's

  • 8 to 10 quotes sent per week working with Field Personal
  • At a minimum 20 followup phone call from service calls and other actives
  • 5 new leads generation per week
  • Complete weekly report by Mondays at 8 am
  • Development 1 new marketing initiative per month
  • Schedule a minimum 5 stores assessment per week
  • Increase service calls to 110 per month to 1300+ per year
  • Increase service calls revenue via Verisae or other retail calls by 10% each quarter

Working Hours:


  • Office Hours Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5 pm
  • 1⁄2 hour lunch (not the same time as service dispatch)

Compensation:

$865 per week + health benefits

Up to $10,000 bonus per year depending on performance of completing the KPI's

KPI's will be evaluated on a quarterly basis
