About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, professional, and self-motived individual who has a passion to provide excellent customer service.

As a Service Technician, you will be the face of the Company, you must adhere to Kyocera Philosophy, values and provide service to our customers in a professional manner.

In this position, you are a product expert on the technical side and hands on, some of your responsibilities include installation, repairs, maintenance service and troubleshooting our products.


Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Visit customer site and provide installation service of Kyocera equipment's and networking connection.
  • Provides repair and maintenance service for products and software.
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems.
  • Conduct product/software demonstration and training for customers by providing troubleshooting strategies, techniques, and documentation.
  • Proactively follow up with customers regarding current software or unit installations or any problems faced by the customer concerning the product.
  • Interact with customers while providing the highest level of service and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new technological trend and Kyocera learning center.
  • Attend customer site and restore units to functional standards by providing technical support and assistance.

Qualifications

  • Excellent technical analytical skills and proficiency in troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment
  • Excellent customer relations, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on projects independently
  • Mechanical/Electrical Background
  • Computer Networking skills

Requirements:


  • Valid driver's license, vehicle, and acceptable driving record necessary.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the industry
