FIRST ONSITE is growing again and looking for Water Damage Technicians to join our team to go wherever there is a water emergency Floods, pipes bursting, drains overflowing, sewers leaking... Our techs jump into action and work with our customers as a team to clear the stress and mess away You don't need to have experience, but you need to know hand tools, power tools, and you must be able to deal with stress and mess. This is a great entry way into our company, where there are so many learning opportunities.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WATER DAMAGE TECHNICIAN
As the new Water Restoration Labourer, you provide construction work and support required to ensure timely project completion. You follow good work practices and procedures and set a good example for new crew members and co-workers.

You operate a variety of equipment and instruments, including hand and power tools of all types; clean and prepare sites; clean up rubble and debris; remove mould, asbestos lead and other hazardous materials.

QUALIFICATIONS

Valid Driver's License (No Restrictions) FULL G
1 year of construction or cleaning work
Experience with hand tools & power tools preferred.
High School graduate or equivalent.
Ability to pass a background check
Availability for scheduled oncall and afterhour shifts
Work activities may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)
