DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and test oncology information system workflows
Custodian and developer of radiation treatment planning scripts and templates
Custodian of RT-DICOM PACS system
Colead oncology automation working group
Contribute and provide expertise in clinical oncology development projects and research
Coordinate and maintain data repository for oncology program policy & procedures
Coordinate the restoration / retrieval of previous radiation treatment planning DICOM data
Coordinate the submission of radiation oncology data for clinical trials
Participate in oncology system installation projects and upgrades when necessary
Assist / back up the Radiation Oncology Systems Administrator when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor university or college degree in a science or engineering related field
Clinical experience with MOSAIQ (or related) oncology information system
Clinical experience with Pinnacle (or related) radiation treatment planning system

Clinical experience with automation of workflows and processes" clinical experience with quality assurance and control procedures for oncology data management

Strong programming experience (such as Python, C, MatLab)
Strong and effective problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Selfdirected with ability to organize and prioritize workload
Superior communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in both official languages (English and French) will be considered an asset.
