    If continuing your career journey with us, you would be part of our Mining Environmental Group , based out our Vancouver office.

    The role of Intermediate Civil Designer comes with the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule and will provide you with the opportunity to:

    Analyze, review and interpret topographic survey data
    Develop 2D and 3D models for new and existing mine waste projects
    Be involved in all aspects of multi-disciplinary design, analysis, and drafting of large civil earth works projects
    Produce drawings, layouts, sketches, maps and graphic representations of engineering designs
    Transform concepts and sketches into engineering designs primarily using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
    Collaborate with team members to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality control measures are achieved.

    A diploma in civil technology or degree in civil engineering
    Proficiency in 2D drafting and 3D design using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
    Exposure to, or ability to work with, other geospatial software (ArcGIS, Global Mapper, ReCap, OpenGround, Muk3D)
    Exposure to the design of large civil earthworks projects
    An ability to build relationships with multidisciplinary project-based teams
