Job Description:


What you're responsible for:


  • Optimizing customers' material handling needs at their facilities including assessment of appropriate equipment requirements on client sites.
  • Partnering with equipment suppliers to provide solutions to our end customers.
  • Partnering with logistics to provide cost saving solutions and optimizing equipment for our customers.
  • Managing cameras for logistics and dispatching purposes on customer sites.
  • Partnering with scale providers to install scale equipment at customer sites.
  • Providing transparent solutions and auditable processes to customers.
  • Reviewing and recommending improvements for equipment to customers.
  • Meeting with clients to assess needs, risks and to track ongoing progress.
  • Project management while handling customer specific projects.

Qualifications:


To Join our team:


  • You have 2 years of relevant experience with a technical background
  • An Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain Degree or Diploma would be an asset
  • You have 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in an automotive stamping facility or similar environment.
  • You have a valid Driver's License.
