Implement MMC's mission:
"To partner with Jesus Christ in building God's Kingdom"
Disciple children, youth, and families
Provide leadership for worship services, Sunday School, and small groups
Assist Senior Pastor in Pastoral Care
Authority:
From Elders Board and Senior Pastor
Authority over volunteers in worship, children, youth, and small group ministries
Responsibilities (40-hour week):
Lead MMC through teaching, discipleship, and lifestyle
Youth Programming (20%)
Youth Development/Mentoring/Counselling (25%)
Worship Leading and Teaching (25%)
Christian Education Facilitator (20%)
Remuneration:
Annual salary discussed based on qualifications
