    Description

    What You'll Do:

    Lead architecture, design and development of end-to-end Cloud based solutions supporting data integration, data ingestion, data observability, and data fulfilment.

    Build a Data Platform and services using the latest Cloud technologies such as GCP
    Build real-time streaming and batch data pipelines, metadata services, and UI dashboards for data monitoring, controls, and prediction.
    Explore opportunities for optimization of existing data services and re-designing of data infrastructure for greater scalability and performance.

    Provide support to Data Governance initiatives such as data quality, data lineage, and metadata management, and perform root-cause analysis to answer specific business questions.


    Must Haves:
    ~8+ years' experience as a Data Engineer
    ~ Experience coding with python
    ~ Experience working with AirFlow (Someone whose main cloud experience is with Azure Data bricks will not be a fit)
    ~ Strong SQL experience
    ~ Experience with Linux environment and building CI/CD pipelines
    ~ Knowledge and experience in Data Lake and Big Data and Cloud technologies such as GCP (Dataflow, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Airflow), AWS
    ~ Experience pushing code into GIT
