Peterbilt Manitoba Ltd. is looking for an organized and customer-oriented _Inside/Outside Sales Coordinator_ to join the Winnipeg Sales Team.Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the _Inside/Outside Sales Coordinator _is responsible for overseeing all truck movement activities, yard conditions, and collaborating with various team members to assist our valued customers.
The Role:
- Coordinate all truck movement activities such as: truck washing and detailing, check in new trucks, inspect used trucks and enter information into Sales Force, arrange the delivery of new and used trucks to customers, and assist in marketing initiatives (setup and position trucks for photographs)
- Assign daily tasks to staff (Drivers, Wash Bay, and Truck Detail staff
- Manage the Key Vault and dealer plates
- Liaison between sales and other internal departments
- Submit addons for used truck services to be completed in the shop
- Oversee yard conditions; manage snow and ice removal
- Represent the sales department on the Health and Safety Committee
- Attend to and assist customers when Sales Representatives are not available
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Valid Class 1 or 3 drivers license
- Team leader with a strong and dependable work ethic
- Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workloads, problem solve, and adapt in a fastpaced work environment
- Customeroriented with superior interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic personality
- Exemplary time management and organizational skills
- Physically fit and able to lift 50lbs. consistently and safely
- Fundamental computer knowledge and skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
