KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES (but not limited to)

Perform full cycle bookkeeping including entering data, monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, maintain records, and produce financial reports
Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.
Assist in the preparation of month end reporting packages and bank reconciliations, etc.
Record dayto day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
Verify that transactions are recorded correctly and reconcile suppliers' ledgers, customer ledgers, and general ledgers as required.
Managing inventory of assets and supplies, sourcing for suppliers (vendors) and submitting invoices
Process accounts receivable and accounts payable in a timely manner.
Promote a teambased and customeroriented approach to service delivery.
Ensure business processes are well documented.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of 35 years experience in bookkeeping/accounting roles
Experience working with QuickBooks Online
Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Completion of postsecondary education in Finance and or related field.
A commitment to collaborate, communicate, and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
A passion for data, analytics, and compliance.
High standard of excellence, accuracy and consistency, personal integrity, and accountability.
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office.
Problem solving and decisionmaking skills with the ability to analyze complex information to identify the key issue/action and drive resolution.
Strong organizational skills to respond promptly and react to issues appropriately within given time constraints;
Ability to multitask and handle competing interests:
Team oriented, courteous and professional
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What we offer:

Competitive annual salary $4555K based on experience and bonus
