**JOB SUMMARY:
**QUALIFICATIONS: - Grade 12 education or equivalent

Certificate of Qualification as a Painter and Decorator
Commercial and Residential (404C) required
Minimum of five (5) years recent commercial experience as a painter
Experience with dust mitigation or infection control methods
Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended period of time
Experience in working from heights (ladders/scaffolding/lifts)
Demonstrate ability to prioritize work assignments
Effective communication and planning skills
Demonstrated Team Player
Good attendance record
