    Position Summary:

    • We're looking for a skilled project manager to uphold our reputation as an innovative authority.
    • Ideal candidates will possess experience in industrial product development and proficiency in work plan management.
    • The role involves presenting updates to management to ensure innovation goals are met.

    Objectives of this role:

    • Lead product planning processes for development activities.
    • Analyze requirements and devise programs to meet them effectively.
    • Establish and track development timelines for the R&D department.
    • Coordinate resources to keep projects aligned with scope, schedule, and budget.
    • Adjust project scope, schedule, or budget if needed to meet requirements.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support product lifecycle processes including planning, requirements development, and launch.
    • Translate product expectations into detailed requirements for development.
    • Create product strategy documents outlining business cases and technical requirements.
    • Collaborate with various teams through product development phases.
    • Report project outcomes and risks to management channels as per the work plan.

    Required skills and qualifications:

    • 4+ years of product development experience.
    • Adherence to deadlines and budget guidelines.
    • Proven ability to work with diverse management levels.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong presentation skills.

    Preferred skills and qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in product design or engineering.
    • Previous product development experience in manufacturing.
    • Professional certification like PMP or PRINCE2.
    • Experience in building internal process platforms.
