    Project Manager Opportunity

    We have an exciting contract opportunity available: Project Manager

    • Start: ASAP
    • Expected Duration: 12 months
    • Location: Brampton
    • Work Arrangement: HYBRID role

    Responsibilities

    • Manage all project aspects such as scoping, resource allocation, plan development, tracking, monitoring, and reporting.
    • Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, issue logs, risk management, communication plans, and status reports.
    • Identify initiative benefits and conduct post-implementation reviews.
    • Effectively coordinate resources and activities to achieve project objectives.
    • Anticipate and manage risks, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure prompt decision-making.
    • Update the Lessons Learned database and apply insights to future initiatives.
    • Determine ownership and oversee the implementation of solutions.
    • Support template, procedure, and process development for continuous team enhancement.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 13 years of progressive project management experience, particularly in service deployment projects.
    • Experience in handling multiple initiatives concurrently.
    • Post-secondary education with a focus on business administration or project management.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Project and other MS Office tools.
    • Familiarity with industry-standard Project Management practices.
    • Project Management certification is advantageous.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to ensure project completion and positive customer experiences.
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
    • Ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
    • Skills in problem-solving, leadership, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building.
