    We are looking for an individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator in the Kamloops area.

    The ability to work hard, multi-task and learn quickly with a great attitude is vital.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Document production and review.

    Monitor project progress and costs and reserves.

    Facilitate project coordination and completion.

    Communicate with Project Managers, Clients and Vendors.

    Preparing the file for invoicing once job is complete. This include ensuring all necessary costs are entered along with supporting documents.

    Additional data entry or clerical work as required.


    Requirements:
    Administrative experience.

    Bookkeeping experience is an asset.

    Computer proficiency including familiarity with Microsoft Office & Excel.

    Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.

    Ability to manage multiple projects in a timely and efficient manner.

    Superior communication and organization skills.

    Ability to function as part of a team as well as independently.

    Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset.
