- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Coordinate training sessions and materials for new employees, working closely with department heads and team leaders.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource for new hires, addressing questions and concerns throughout the onboarding process
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Handle compliance-related tasks such as processing expense reports, purchase orders, and other administrative duties in accordance with company policies and utilizing Power BI for efficient data management.
