- Utilize SAP for organizational management and maintain accurate system records
- Collaborate with the payroll team to integrate payroll data into financial systems
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication and coordination
- Assist in the development of budgets and manage internal budgets, monitor performance and providing reports
- Conduct budget analysis, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Perform accounting tasks related to budgeting, financial reporting, and reconciliation
- Post secondary education with a focus in business, commerce, or accounting
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the preparation of financial statements and statistical analysis
- Proficiency with SAP software and other computer systems and applications
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Professional and approachable team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to interact with internal team members and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to develop comprehensive reports for management
