    Full Time, Permanent & Hybrid (4 days in office and 1 day work from home)

    In this high-impact role, you will be instrumental in driving our development teams to deliver daily releases, ensuring our products not only meet but exceed market expectations.

    Your mission is to transform our vision into reality, crafting user-centric, innovative solutions that elevate our brand and service offerings.

    Interact with the business to build a clear and prioritized backlog, effectively translating business interactions and feedback into actionable product development plans.

    Lead the planning and execution of product updates and new features, focusing on maintaining high-quality standards and timely delivery.

    Backlog Management and

    Agile Execution:

    Utilize strong business analysis skills to document requirements and workflows, enhancing team understanding and efficiency in managing the backlog.

    Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and calculated risk-taking, maintaining open communication and engagement across teams.
    Quality Assurance and

    Solution Validation:
    Participate in QA processes, perform testing and validation to ensure product quality and reliability.

    Market Analysis and Adaptation:
    Report on ongoing allocation of labour against projects and initiatives.
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
    Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.

    Proficient in Jira and Confluence, with a track record of effectively managing product backlogs and workflows in these environments.

    Demonstrated experience in leading diverse and dynamic teams in the development and launch of successful tech products, preferably in the proptech or SaaS domain.

    Familiarity with CRM platforms, with a preference for Salesforce expertise.
    Experience in iterative and incremental product development, managing projects from concept to launch, and driving product evolution post-launch.

    Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and the ability to align product development with customer needs and business objectives using market insights and user feedback.

    Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a focus on fostering team collaboration and driving continuous improvement.
    Skilled in building and managing product backlogs, ensuring clear prioritization and alignment with project goals and Agile practices.
    Proficiency in prioritizing work effectively, balancing the demands of deadlines, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

    Strong analytical abilities to dissect complex problems, identify key issues, and develop solutions that enhance product value and user experience.

    Comfortable with change and uncertainty, adept at adjusting strategies and approaches in response to evolving project needs and market conditions.

    Experienced in reporting on development velocity, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other crucial metrics, providing transparent and insightful updates to stakeholders.

    Capability to track and analyze product performance metrics, using data to inform decisions and improve product strategies.
    Our home office is located just outside of Granville Island in Kitsilano and this role is primarily office based with some flexibility to work remotely
