    Job Description:
    We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Calgary, AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.


    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone
    • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
    • Research questions using available information resources
    • Advise user on appropriate action
    • Follow standard help desk procedures
    • Log all help desk interactions
    • Administer help desk software
    • Redirect problems to appropriate resource
    • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
    • Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
    • Prepare activity reports

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician
    • Good knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
    • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
    • Proficient in English
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
    • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help
    • Customer-oriented attitude
