altavia.cloudraker is looking for an Account Manager (Health) who is ready to help lead a pharmaceutical portfolio comprising various therapeutic areas, with a blend of HCP and consumer-directed projects.


In this role, you are a key link between internal team responsibilities, as well as external client communications and management.

This means building a strong relationship with the clients, coaching and developing your team members, participating in new business endeavors and ensuring project delivery excellence at all stages.


Responsibilities:


  • Brand leadership with the support of a Director and Account Coordinator;
  • Receive and prepare briefs for the team and keep all financial tracking documents up to date;
  • Foster a strong relationship between the agency and clients, based on transparency and open communication;
  • Manage and review internal regulatory, PAAB and ASC submissions;
  • Plan meetings internally and with clients, prepare documents for presentations;
  • Collaborate on the strategic planning and business evolution for our clients;
  • Brand planning and lifecycle management including prelaunch planning, launch and LOE
  • Help develop innovative and creative recommendations and proposals for projects and new business opportunities;
  • Understand clients' financial and business realities in order to set budgets and ensure they are respected;
  • Define and manage deliverables, budgets, risks and timelines;
  • Work closely with coordinators in your team, to help support their growth;
  • Participate in coaching and managing an exceptional team;
  • Improve efficiency of accounts and optimize processes;
  • Contribute to the overall agency strategy and direction.

You have:


  • A thorough understanding of PAAB and ASC regulations;
  • 23 years of management experience, or 34 years of coordination;
  • Experience in the therapeutic areas of oncology and vaccines (preferable)
  • The desire to grow and learn as part of a highly motivated team
  • A love of clinical data and an deep understanding of complex disease states with the ability to distill the information into tactics that drive meaningful change
  • Digital and traditional marketing experience;
  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • A passion for coaching and developing others;
  • A strategic perspective on marketing and always think about the big picture;
  • An entrepreneurial spirit someone who is willing to drive the business;
  • High degree of emotional intelligence; you can adapt your communication style to anyone you speak to;
  • The ability to juggle several ongoing deliverables (e.g., a portfolio with multiple indications) and prioritize accordingly.
