    What you will do:

    • Analyze business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
    • Lead the implementation and configuration of business systems.
    • Gather and deliver comprehensive business requirements to stakeholders.
    • Contribute to strategy development by understanding business needs.
    • Apply expertise in business systems and technologies to optimize processes.
    • Drive adoption of system changes through user testing and training.
    • Document and track problem resolution activities.
    • Maintain user instructions and support documentation for business systems.
    • Measure the success of new features and continuously improve product usage.
    • Evaluate process performance through data analysis.
    • Present data-driven insights to support decision-making.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in a business systems analyst role.
    • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
    • Expertise in ERP systems, configuration, and report writing.
    • Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
    • Experience with data mapping and reporting tools.
    • Ability to manage tasks and adhere to project timelines.
    • Knowledge of evolving technologies like Generative AI.
    • Proficiency in IT software tools.

    Nice to have:

    • Formal training/certification in enterprise software or reporting tools.
    • Experience with international operations and Agile project management.
    • Knowledge of AI applications in enterprise systems.
    • System implementation experience.
