What is the opportunity:
What will you do:
- Develop and update technical and user documentation.
- Other duties as required.
What you need to succeed:
- Student in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering or Business Analysis
- Strong customer service focus
- Proven analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Proven interpersonal, teamwork, and relationship building skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes especially on incident, change and problem management
- Intermediate knowledge of IT technologies such as C#, SQL, GITHub, DevOps
- Highly selfmotivated and directed
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment
- Ability to work both independently and in a teamoriented, collaborative environment
