What is the opportunity:

What will you do:

Develop and update technical and user documentation.
Other duties as required.

What you need to succeed:

Student in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering or Business Analysis
Strong customer service focus
Proven analytical and problemsolving abilities
Proven interpersonal, teamwork, and relationship building skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of ITIL processes especially on incident, change and problem management
Intermediate knowledge of IT technologies such as C#, SQL, GITHub, DevOps
Highly selfmotivated and directed
Keen attention to detail
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment
Ability to work both independently and in a teamoriented, collaborative environment
