Description

Job purpose
Responsible for maintaining and managing the ERP systems inventory integrity.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Track and report all issues pertaining to ERP system.
  • Host twice a week ERP Sessions.
  • Synergize production with ERP.
  • Synergize supply chain with ERP
  • Assess and present solutions through use of ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with various business units in organization to facilitate implementation of new or improved reporting processes and functions.
  • Interact with just food staff to coordinate implementation of newly created functions and reports.
  • Define business, financial and operations requirements and system goals working with decision makers and end users.
  • Identify and resolve systems issues using ERP solutions.
  • Assist users in resolving problems and answer questions with mínimal supervision.
  • Initiate and lead ERP related projects and provide day to day support.
  • Manage and evaluate EDI processes.
  • Manage and supervise ERP Assistant and Junior ERP Assistant.
  • Responsible for daily management and support for the team to achieve operational success.
  • Monitor time and attendance and ensure compliance with Company Procedures.
  • Approve the vacation requests.
  • Carry out incident, accident and nonconformity investigations and associated reporting and action closure.
  • Issue disciplinary action when needed.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
  • Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations.
  • Must follow ood anufacturing ractices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.
  • Comply with all Company policies and procedures.

Qualifications.

  • Ability to document and multitask.
  • Programming skills.
  • Manufacturing industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Comfortable communicating with all levels of staff in the organization.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team while still very comfortable taking an idea and running with it on your own.
  • Embrace change because you know that any process can always be improved upon.
  • View Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word as important tools in your toolbox and consider yourself somewhat of an expert.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
