Job purpose
Responsible for maintaining and managing the ERP systems inventory integrity.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Track and report all issues pertaining to ERP system.
- Host twice a week ERP Sessions.
- Synergize production with ERP.
- Synergize supply chain with ERP
- Assess and present solutions through use of ERP systems.
- Collaborate with various business units in organization to facilitate implementation of new or improved reporting processes and functions.
- Interact with just food staff to coordinate implementation of newly created functions and reports.
- Define business, financial and operations requirements and system goals working with decision makers and end users.
- Identify and resolve systems issues using ERP solutions.
- Assist users in resolving problems and answer questions with mínimal supervision.
- Initiate and lead ERP related projects and provide day to day support.
- Manage and evaluate EDI processes.
- Manage and supervise ERP Assistant and Junior ERP Assistant.
- Responsible for daily management and support for the team to achieve operational success.
- Monitor time and attendance and ensure compliance with Company Procedures.
- Approve the vacation requests.
- Carry out incident, accident and nonconformity investigations and associated reporting and action closure.
- Issue disciplinary action when needed.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations.
- Must follow ood anufacturing ractices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications.
- Ability to document and multitask.
- Programming skills.
- Manufacturing industry knowledge is a plus.
- Comfortable communicating with all levels of staff in the organization.
- Enjoy working as part of a team while still very comfortable taking an idea and running with it on your own.
- Embrace change because you know that any process can always be improved upon.
- View Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word as important tools in your toolbox and consider yourself somewhat of an expert.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
