The Opportunity:

The Assistant Property Administrator will support the General Manager for a mid-sized Property Portfolio. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day property, office and administration tasks.


What you will do:
Office Responsibilities

Responsibilities include

  • Provide superior customer service to all guests and residents, professionally and courteously as well as assisting with any requests, inquiries and concerns

Leasing

  • Encourage appointments or viewings with all prospective applicant callers or walkins
  • Proactively contacting and following up with site leads and applicants on waiting lists to setup viewings to lease
  • Tour prospective applicants through suites for lease
  • Preparation of new leases, renewal documents and supporting information.
  • Contact credit bureau, previous landlords, and check employment history to assess credit worthiness of prospects
  • Welcome new residents and provide a full orientation

Skills and Experience

  • Ability to meet deadlines proficiently;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.


  • Strong computer skills

  • Rent Magic, MS Word, Excel and an asset
  • Excellent team player
  • Ability to take direction

Pay:
$50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
