Job Description:
Your purpose is
- To frequently travel to our clients' hospitals/clinics in the countries where our products are sold as a visible representative of Intelerad and ensure a successful golive with our system;
- Ensure that our users become proficient with our products by providing software product training to our clinical client base (e
g:
radiologists, physicians, technologists, administrators, managers) and to new/veteran internal staff as needed. Some training may be delivered remotely via webinars or live remote sessions;
- Contribute expertise to develop, maintain, and improve product and training materials, as assigned;
- Develop materials and lead classroom training sessions for our cyclical inhouse PACS Administration Course. Assist with setup and configuration of workstations, software, and PACS servers;
- Demonstrate products to potential customers alone or in conjunction with a Sales representative (travel may be required);
- Act as escalation resource to our internal Support team;
- Participate in any project deemed necessary by the organization.
Qualifications:
Your DNA
- You like to travel and have travel availability (Valid passport, or the ability to obtain one, and a Valid driver's licence);Travel up to 75% of the time
- You have prior training experience, are a great facilitator, and have experience developing and using training guides and classroom support materials, user documentation, and so on;
- Experience with medical imaging equipment (e
g:
modalities, film printers/digitizers, high-resolution medical monitors, etc.) with previous PACS or RIS work experience is an asset;
- A Degree in computer science or ITrelated experience helps with Linux operating system(s) navigation, viewing/editing files, networking, hardware and software, etc.;
- Good experience with Windows environment (23 years);
- Ability to communicate professionally in English (spoken and written);
- Ability to communicate professionally in French (spoken and written) is an asset;
- You are an autonomous, energetic selfstarter that keeps current with the business and evolving technology.
