- Perform routine and "type" electrical tests on transformers (surge, temperature rise, noise level) to ensure compliance with the established procedures; forward the product to the next stage using the appropriate lifting equipment (occasional client presence).
- Visually and dimensionally inspect incoming materials and finished products based on drawings and specifications; fill out the required reports in accordance with the established procedures.
- Respond to adhoc requests/inquiries from coordinators, employees, and engineers regarding quality issues that occur during production, or those involving product improvements and prototypes.
- Measure equipment and diagnose quality issues during production.
- Draft non-compliance reports(NCR, PRC, RTS); issue corrective measures and actions; notify those involved.
- Ensure compliance with production methods and procedures; issue recommendations when needed.
- Take part in internal audits; issue recommendations.
