    Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Electronics Designer that is a problem-solver, eager to rise to the challenges of a continuously evolving technological industry, and wants to make an impact on the safety of people and businesses globally.

    Responsibilities :

  • Developing innovative products alongside mechanical, firmware, and DVT teams
  • Designing digital electronics and power supply circuits using EDA tools including schematic capture, PCB layout and simulation tools
  • Testing, characterizing, analyzing, and troubleshooting electronic circuits
  • Rapid prototyping of test circuits using workbench tools and test equipment
  • Designing and testing for EMC compliance and safety
  • Supporting production and products in the field
  • Creating and maintaining board design files, JIRA tickets, testing documentation, and bills of materials

    • Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience in electronic design or validation
  • Hands on skills including soldering, prototyping and using test equipment
  • Pragmatic approach to problem solving with ability to improvise
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to learn quickly and work well within a team environment

    • This position is based in Vancouver, BC and the candidate must reside in the Greater Vancouver Area as you will be required to go into the office anywhere from 2 - 5 days per week as projects require.

    The base salary range for this position in British Columbia is 65, ,000 CAD depending on experience.
