About the Role:


You will contribute by:


  • Develop bestinclass social media strategies and executions (across paid, owned and earned) for our clients, ensuring all KPI's are met.
  • Lead brainstorming, attend briefings and client pitches
  • Act as an advisor to stakeholders, communicating best practice guideline
  • Advise on the impact of developments, trends, and new platforms in social media and how they inform our social marketing efforts.
  • Build our communities, create fandom and drive engagement
  • Leverage data to inform content creation and optimization

Skills and Experience you will bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience managing large social audiences and driving social performance.
  • Demonstrated expertise in datadriven social media strategy and execution on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok.
  • Deep understanding of various platform algorithms, social analytics
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional thought leadership can rally several stakeholders around an idea and see it through from inception to execution.
  • Indepth knowledge of established and emerging social platforms (and how they can be utilized to the benefit of brand and business).
  • Ability to conduct community management
  • Experience in social media planning / buying across paid, earned, and owned channels.
  • Experience in content creation and optimization
  • Experience working on Entertainment brands is preferred
  • Agency experience is an asset
