Description
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market(s).

Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the vision and values of the Refreshment Services organization.

Establishes plans and strategies focused on new business expansion in designated geography and the growth and development of existing customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Consultants.
  • Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate existing markets.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Conducts oneonone review with all Sales Consultants to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Consultant's sales and activity performance.
  • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
  • Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect proformas submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
  • Maintains accurate records (GP, sales, and activity reports) to effectively manage the performance of the Sales Consultants.
  • Assists Sales Consultants in preparation of proposals and presentations.
  • Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Recruits, tests, and hires Sales Consultants based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.

  • Délègue l'autorité et la responsabilité avec reddition de comptes et suivi.
  • Donne l'exemple aux conseillers en vente dans les domaines du caractère personnel, de l'engagement, des compétences organisationnelles et de vente et des habitudes de travail.
  • Effectue régulièrement un encadrement et des conseils avec les conseillers en vente pour renforcer la motivation et les compétences en vente.
  • Maintient le contact avec les clients clés du marché pour assurer des niveaux élevés de satisfaction de la clientèle.
  • Démontre sa capacité à interagir et à coopérer avec tous les employés de l'entreprise.

Qualifications:


  • 57 years of experience in dynamic outside sales management environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, Business Management, Marketing, etc.
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of B2B services and supplier relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Willingness to travel and work with a diverse team of professionals.
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
