    Nella Cutlery was established and has been serving the food industry since 1952.

    We import, manufacture, and distribute a full line of food service equipment and supplies used in supermarkets, delicatessens, convenience stores, restaurants, casinos and more.__Our retail team is the face of our organization.

    They're hardworking and go above and beyond to help customers, whether it be finding a particular item in one of our stores or answering questions and recommending solutions.

    They provide exceptional service day in and day out, putting customers first and making positive experiences unforgettable.__*Nella Toronto is looking for a Korean-speaking Sales Representative to join our Norfinch Location*_*Engage in conversation to determine client needs, directing them to products and services
    • Display a professional, courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers
    • Consistently deliver high-quality service with a focus on customer engagement
    • Efficiently identify customer needs and determine how to address them
    • Sell organization's products/services where applicable, and provide customers with a high level of service
    • Handle customer transactions responsibly and accurately
    • Maintain professional appearance and attitude
    • Develop and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers
    • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
    • Perform additional duties as requiredRequirements:
      2 years of Customer Service experience Previous retail or food industry experience is an asset
      Being bilingual is an asset 00 per yearBenefits:
