We're actively looking for
Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team

What will I do?

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible to develop new business through actively prospecting and meeting with prospective clients to discuss the landscape of their current Group Benefits/Group Retirement program.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Develop new business through actively prospecting by utilizing business directories, cold calling, and building relationships.
Manage all aspects of the client relationship. This includes all administration of the account and handling all communication with the insurance carriersliaising with the insurance carriers and clients.
Create a variety of reports including services, renewals, RTQs, sales, and implementation
Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the life of the relationship.

What we need from you**:

Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record
Strong phone presence and comfortable making cold calls daily
Strong "Hunter" approach to sales with the ability to create, grow and manage your block of business.
Strong communication skills, professional demeanour, and presentation
High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
A valid driver's license and vehicle

It's a bonus if you have:

LLQP license or willing to obtain
Knowledge/experience in group benefits and group retirement services
GBA or RPA designation
