Description

Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems in accordance with project specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Manage and lead a team of technicians, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to effectively plan and execute MEPS installations and modifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate work schedules, resolve issues, and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, requisition materials, and equipment needed for MEPS installations and repairs.
  • Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience (3 years) working in a similar role within the construction industry, with expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
  • Proficient understanding of blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications related to MEPS installations and maintenance.
  • Indepth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to MEPS systems.
  • Certification or relevant qualifications in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or fire safety disciplines is preferred.

Salary:
$20.00-$28.00 per hour
