The Learning + Leadership team is a global team of learning professionals specializing in learning delivery, design, and program management.
We are responsible for all types of training including on-boarding, functional, leadership and personal development. We support our retail store teams, distribution centers and our support center teams across the world.We support lululemon's long and short term goals and objectives by partnering with the business to get the right people, the right training in the right way at the right time.
In this role; under direction of the Learning + Leadership Manager, organize, schedule and facilitate engaging learning experiences for various distribution centre audiences.
Develop and mentor Peak Learning Facilitators and site superusers supporting delivery of on-boarding, continuous development, and functional training programs.a day in the life
- Facilitate and deliver functional and leadership development programs/resources, including onboarding, to distribution centre audiences in person.
- Evaluate the success of training programs through various methods, including observation, surveys, interviews, and feedback.
- Closely partner, build, and sustain relationships with business leaders.
- Project management of learning + leadership projects, including developing the plan, timeline, and budget.
- Create and execute enrollment strategy for upcoming training including design of supporting elements (posters, job aids, deck).
- Identify, prepare and contribute to develop other facilitators, including seasonal and hourly facilitators, to support the delivery of training programs, including delivery of TraintheTrainers
- A passion for guiding and supporting our collective in discovering, developing, and activating their unique potential for the world
- 2+ years' experience in adult learning facilitation in functional training, career development, and/or education.
- Proficiency in priority/ project management, presenting ideas and concepts, and ability to quickly develop trust
- Ability to work under strict deadlines if needed to deliver facilitation and/or project needs.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends, if needed.
