Description
The Administrative Assistant provides support to meet the business needs of company upper management.

Under moderate supervision, this job is meets the daily requirements of upper management and various other office needs, including operational tasks, organizational duties and office-wide coordination efforts.


General Accountabilities:
Performs administrative duties associated with scheduling and coordinating meetings and planning events. Responds to inquiries and requests for information requiring knowledge of departmental and company policies and procedures. Composes and produces business correspondences, reports and related materials. Ensures confidentiality and controls access to sensitive information. Serves as an internal resource to administrators or staff on departmental and company procedures. Oversees office operations. Schedules, assigns and prioritizes workload by setting appropriate deadlines.


Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel and Outlook, in particular). Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.


Salary:
$16.00-$17.00 per hour
