- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies that support Transformer Table's objectives.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes, providing accurate and timely financial recommendations to executive management.
- Enhance financial reporting and analysis tools, processes, and methodologies to improve forecast accuracy and financial visibility.
- Work closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities for financial optimization and strategic investments.
- Oversee the FP&A team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and collaborative problemsolving.
- A strategic thinker with a proven track record in FP&A, ideally within the ecommerce or manufacturing sectors.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a master at turning data into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards excellence.
- Excellent communication skills, with the knack for explaining complex financial information in a clear, concise manner.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. An MBA or CFA would be a plus.
