    Responsibilities

    • Conceptualizing and producing engaging visual content for various social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more.
    • Collaborating with the Digital Marketing Strategist to create content strategies that align with brand goals and audience preferences.
    • Developing and curating top-notch photos, videos, graphics, and illustrations that resonate with target viewers and boost user interaction.
    • Keeping up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm shifts, and new platform features to enhance content performance and expand reach.
    • Experimenting with diverse content styles, storytelling methods, and creative techniques to sustain audience interest and loyalty.
    • Monitoring and analyzing crucial performance metrics such as likes, shares, comments, and click-through rates to assess content efficacy and find areas for enhancement.
    • Engaging with followers, answering comments and messages, and nurturing community engagement to foster brand connection and loyalty.
    • Ensuring brand uniformity and compliance with brand standards across all social media content and platforms.
    • Continuously refining content strategies based on data insights, audience feedback, and market trends to drive continuous growth and success.
    • Publishing content on client social media channels

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in social media content creation, ideally in a dynamic digital marketing or agency setting.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design, photography, videography, with a powerful portfolio showcasing your creative flair and adaptability.
    • Proficiency in utilizing social media management tools and analytics platforms to monitor performance metrics, analyze data insights, and guide content strategy decisions.
    • A comprehensive understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends on major platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to craft compelling stories, captions, and messages tailored to various audiences and platforms.
    • Effective project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and collaborate efficiently with interdisciplinary teams.
    • A passion for digital marketing, social media, and keeping abreast of industry advancements and best practices.
