    Job Description Summary

    The Senior HR Business Partner for Hydro North America (HNA) will lead HR strategy and organization for the North America region (covering Canada and the US). This role has a direct impact on business results of GE Hydro Power by taking important decisions, influencing NAM business strategy, and coaching business leaders.

    Essential Responsibilities

    • A leadership partner who develops & executes organization-level HR strategies to align
      structure, culture & talent with business goals
    • Responsible for coaching, mastering HR processes, and leading an HR team.
    • Partners with leaders and supporting employees on organizational and employee matters.
    • Develops a clear vision for the business and the strategy of the business in close interaction with business management
    • Support the strategy and delivery of growth of the region through strategic workforce planning and in partnership with Talent Acquisition teams
    • Has the ability to lead the HR team in complex issues.
    • Develops midterm and long-term vision for own function in relation to the business
    • Develops people dashboard and run KPIs in line with lean principles
    • Major contribution to the strategic plan of GE Hydro Power
    • Drives operational execution of HR issues with team in collaboration with People Operations COEs
    • Leads the attracting, hiring, developing, engaging and motivating talents in collaboration with HR COEs
    • Assures the right compensation and reward practices as well as fair employment practices for Hydro in NAM
    • Leads change programs and organizational effectiveness
    • Owns labor relations in the assigned area in collaboration with L&E experts

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in client facing HR roles
    • Fluent in English and French
    • Previous experience in HR role with GE or a similar large multinational

    Le partenaire commercial principal en ressources humaines d'Hydro North America (HNA) dirigera la stratégie et l'organisation des ressources humaines pour la région Amérique du Nord (couvrant le Canada et les États-Unis). Ce rôle a un impact direct sur les résultats commerciaux de GE Hydro Power en prenant des décisions importantes, en influençant la stratégie commerciale du Mouvement des pays non alignés et en accompagnant les chefs d'entreprise.

    Responsabilités essentielles

    • Responsable du coaching, de la maîtrise des processus RH et de la directiond'une équipe RH.
    • Travaille en partenariat avec les dirigeants et soutient les employés sur les questions relatives à l'organisation et aux employés.
    • Développe une vision claire de l'entreprise et la stratégie de l'entreprise en étroite interaction avec la direction de l'entreprise
    • Soutient la stratégie et la livraison de la croissance de la région grâce à une planification stratégique des effectifs et en partenariat avec les équipes d'acquisition de talents
    • A la capacité de diriger l'équipe des ressources humaines sur des questions complexes.
    • Élabore une vision à moyen et long terme de sa propre fonction par rapport à l'entreprise Développe le tableau de bord des personnes et gère les indicateurs de performance clés en ligne avec les principes du Lean
    • Contribution majeure au plan stratégique de GE Hydro Power
    • Exécution opérationnelle des questions RH avec l'équipe en collaboration avec les COE des opérations humaines Dirige
    • l'attraction, le recrutement, le développement, l'engagement et la motivation des talents en collaboration avec les COE des ressources humaines
    • Assure les bonnes pratiques de rémunération et de rémunération ainsi que des pratiques d'emploi équitables pour Hydro au Vietnam
    • Dirige les programmes de changement et l'efficacité organisationnelle
    • Responsable des relations de travail dans le domaine assigné en collaboration avec des experts en L&E

    Qualifications/Exigences

    • Baccalauréat d'une université ou d'un collège accrédité
    • Minimum de 8 ans d'expérience dans des rôles RH en contact avec les clients
    • Parle couramment l'anglais et le français
    • Expérience antérieure dans un rôle RH chez GE ou une grande multinationale similaire Souhaité
