Job Description:

What we are looking for

We are seeking a Project Accountant - Delivery Revenue to join our Finance team to play a key role in our company's software delivery operations.

The role is responsible for managing the company's revenue from software implementation projects and working with the professional services delivery team ensuring projects are created timely, accurately, and in accordance with IFRS.

Responsibilities:

- _ Reviewing legal contracts/agreements and create projects in OpenAir (or any Professional Services tool) accurately and timely_
- _ Proactively ensure that SOP are being followed by the Software Delivery Team_
- _ Preparation and posting of invoicing on a monthly basis and distribution of the invoices to the clients_
- _ Posting and reconciling revenue on a monthly basis_
- _ Providing monthly revenue variance analysis (actual, forecasted, prior year)_
- _ Reconciling Revenue, WIP, Deferred Revenue and any other balance sheet accounts that support the Software Delivery workstream._
- _ Auditing projects and closing them in a timely fashion_
- _ Supporting the Software Delivery team with inquiries and requests_
