    Company Description RAM Iron & Metal Inc. is a Canadian company that has been involved in the recycling industry since 1983. Our vision is to become an integral part of the recycling and waste management industry in Southern Ontario.

    We aim to achieve long-term company growth, expand our range of environmental services, and increase our customers' revenues through cost-effective waste management solutions.

    RAM has a strong and diverse client base, including commercial, industrial, and institutional accounts, as well as independent scrap dealers.

    This is a full-time on-site role as a Site Supervisor on the afternoon shift at RAM Iron & Metal Inc.

    located in North York, ON.

    The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of workers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting quality control checks, and coordinating with different departments.

    Minimum 5 years experience with heavy equipment or heavy equipment certificate (Forklifts, skid steers, shears, scrap material handlers, etc.)
    Attention to detail and ability to conduct quality control checks
    Physically fit and able to perform tasks in an industrial environment
