About the Role:

The Program Operations Project Manager will report to the IT Project Manager and be responsible to ensure the Employer's systems and processes support the Employer's operations.

We are looking to fill this position in our Saskatoon, SK office location.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support the Operations team with execution of corporate vision and growth strategies
Establish and follow processes for enhancing, sustaining, and operating technology and programs
Work closely with SOA Program Operations and Technology teams to ensure processes and technology supports business operations and lottery program business functions
Manage the delivery of vendor driven projects using project management best practices
Participate in the development of required tools and practices towards establishment and evolution of a Project Management Office at the organization

Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Experience with program and technology rollouts
To be successful in this role, critical thinking skills are required, including observation, analysis, inference, communication, and problem solving
Internal and external customer service skills
Experience in requirements gathering and prioritization
Experience with current project management tools and methods
Familiarity with Salesforce is an asset
