- Oversee and manage all ACLP departments; to ensure site operation follow client contracts, meet client obligations, applicable federal and provincial laws, OH&S regulation, and union agreements where applicable.
- Ensure that site department budgets are monitored and meet ACLP monthly budgetary expectations. Ensure that all department staffing levels are adequate and maintained within budgetary requirements, reviewing all department work schedules and flight manifests, ensuring coverage is provided where and when necessary.
- Ensure that discipline is consistent and within established company policy and procedure including collective bargaining agreements, if applicable.
- Responsible to provide final approval on time sheets submitted to head office.
- Being accountable to ensure safety functions at site are consistent and within established company policies and programs. Perks:
