Responsibilities:

Clear communication with Customers/clients making them feel comfortable and respecting their home and environment.
Install insulation materials in various residential and commercial buildings
Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas
Seal joints and seams with caulk or other sealing materials
Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate installation
Work with other team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:

Clear English Speaking and written
Previous experience as an insulator is preferred but not required
Familiarity with hand tools used in insulation installation
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Knowledge of different types of insulation materials, such as fiberglass, foam, and cellulose
Basic math skills for measuring and cutting insulation materials accurately
Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting
Attention to detail to ensure proper installation and sealing of insulation

$27.00-$30.00 per hour
