    Welcome to the opportunity to join our team!

    Our company's Early Childhood and Perinatal (ECAP) Mental Health Program focuses on enhancing the mental health well-being of young children through various methods, including direct service, consultation, and education. We work with parents/caregivers, children ages 0 to kindergarten entry, as well as pregnant women and their partners dealing with perinatal anxiety and/or depression. The Clinical Supervisor collaborates with the Manager to plan, implement, and evaluate treatment services within the ECAP Program. This leadership role involves providing supervision and consultation to ensure the delivery of high-quality services in a multidisciplinary team environment.

    About the Role:

    • Provide clinical supervision to support clinicians in delivering professional and patient-centered care.
    • Supervise staff offering addiction and mental health services to individuals, families, and groups.
    • Observe clinical sessions, review documentation, conduct case consultations, and provide guidance on challenging cases.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, psychiatrists, and community partners to enhance professional practice.
    • Contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of mental health services.
    • Identify and address clinical practice gaps and risk management issues.
    • Support leadership in staff hiring, orientation, and performance evaluation.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated clinical experience and reflective practice.
    • Leadership experience within a multi-disciplinary team.
    • Educational background in attachment theory and relationship-based interventions.
    • Training in evidence-based treatment modalities and risk assessment.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in community mental health and/or child psychiatric settings.
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior experience as a Clinical Supervisor or in a leadership role.
    • Familiarity with Connect Care.
    • Experience in providing mental health therapy during the perinatal period.
    • Brain Story Certification.
